What is it?
It’s a Center rendering specialized services in Physical Culture and Rehabilitation. Physical seeks to develop stress elimination programs, to improve and maintain Fitness and to render Physiotherapy services, emphasizing the components associated to health and wellbeing, namely the prevention and therapeutic treatment of articular-muscular and cardiovascular diseases.

Activities
In a way to render services adequate to the needs and wishes of the users, the Center offers the following activities:
- Evaluation of physical fitness and health status
- Exercise planning and nutritional assessment
- Several types of Aerobic, Aquatic, Dancing and Martial Art Activities
- Activities orientated for Weight Training and Cardiovascular Fitness
- Several types of Physiotherapeutic treatment and prevention
- Massage and Sauna services
Who is it for
The main mission of PHYSICAL is to promote customized exercise plans and fulfill the client’s wishes, rendering a highly skilled service. Thus, Center’s activities are adaptable to the singularities of each person, aiming all ages and genders. The premises of the Center are also open to individuals wanting to exercise without access to customized exercise plans.
Technical Body
The Center’s Technical Body is composed by the Technical Staff, duly qualified to train the several available activities. This Body is supported by Trainers who go trough a mandatory training process, being supervised by Technicians.
Management Body
The Center’s Management Body is composed by the management and reception staff. They must have a background in Public Relations and costumer care, be fluent in Portuguese and have basic knowledge of the English language. This body is supported by cleaning and maintenance teams, supervised by the management.
Security
The Evaluation and Prescription services are prepared to detect any contra-indications for all activities.
Insurance
All members are covered by EMOSE insurance against personal accidents which may occur inside Physical’s premises.
Points System
Any product purchased at Physical equals a number of points showed in the Score Table being automatically debited from the SCORE (see Prize column). The Member can “buy” products and services at Physical using the points gathered. Each product has a Cost in points (see Cost column). To use this, the Member just needs to trade the number of points in an amount equal or above the cost in points. The points used to purchase products will be automatically subtracted from the points’ total. If the Member remains more than 12 months without a valid membership, all points will lose their validity.
